How to Whitening Your Smile this Holiday Season?

Thank you for Sharing

I need to consider getting a teeth whitening, I’m a super fan of coffee but there is a big truth about getting too much coffee and besides being awake all night, coffee can leave stains and the enamel of your teeth.

When my dentist and also my doctor kind of limit my intake of this amazing beverage, certainly I almost cry.

But then I look up for some solutions that help to control my intake of coffee or at least something to reduce the impact on my teeth for example.

Like me, other people are concern about limit the intake of coffee because come on, is delicious, so we try to still drink it and reduce the stains on our teeth opting for a dental whitening.

How do I know when it’s time to get it?

There’s not a perfect timing so you can decide to have one whitening, but there’s a lot of things that make you do it or think about one. Not only the coffee can bring stains to your teeth, but also smoke, eating some food, drink energy beverages, candies, among others factors.

You should think about the smile that you wish and then start making some changes. One of them can be the Teeth Whitening. If you have never had one, the main thing to do is set an appointment with your dentist so he or she can explain to you what it is and everything, but indeed, I believe that most of the people know what a dental whitening is.

At-Home Whitening

Well, some people do the whitening, but they don’t go to a professional for it. Yes, you probably know some techniques for whitening your teeth at home. How? With some tricks that may help you to nail it, some of them involve weird stuff that you need to put in your mouth and over your teeth.

The Teeth Whitening Pen

Last night, by the way, I was on Instagram, and I saw a couple of videos that were about this teeny tiny whitening pen. A thin, plastic kind of tube that contains a particular gel or something and that it may apply it on your teeth so you can nail a white smile fast and easy.

This portable little pen can help you to improve your smile this holiday if you don’t have time enough to go to see your dentist and need the final touch to look amazing. It is super easy to use, the only thing you need to do is twist, brush and that is all. The device is small so that you can carry on your pocket or purse.

Of course that using this artifact is not the same effect that if you go to a professional, but certainly is going to pull you out of the rush, I mean, it works well removing some superficial stains and can be included in your regular oral care routine twice a day if you want.

How to use the Whitening Strips?

Well, first of all, you need to know that these strips have a price that sometimes it’s kind of expensive for a couple of little strips, but many people recommend. Not all of them are too expensive, some of are affordable.

Some strips are advanced than others, there’s where the prices can vary. Also, a lot of new whitening at-home products are hitting the market every day. These little strips are very easy to apply and commonly you need two of them to start one treatment at home. One places it on the top of your front teeth and the other one and the bottom.

They also are very easy to carry out in your pocket or purse and are truly effective to improve smiles removing superficial stains. You can leave them on your teeth all day while you are drinking or eating.

The whitening strips are very popular since I have memory, I remember that first advertising stuff promoting this strips back in the 2000s. Maybe they are popular due to the quick way you can use them and everything, plus, they really work. Again not as well as a professional treatment, but still.

Whitening Toothpastes

If you looking for simple ways to whiten teeth, you probably have heard about the whitening toothpaste, which is another common way to nail or improve your smile at home. The kinds of toothpaste contain come components that will help your teeth eliminate some stains.

How? Well some of them contain hydrogen peroxide which is most of the common ingredients in whitening toothpaste.

Using kinds of toothpaste to whiten teeth like these can prove to be a good option.

Thanks to the components of individual toothpaste that help to diminish the stains in the teeth and in addition, they collaborate to protect them from germs, bacteria, tartar, and other factors harmful to the enamel of the teeth.

Whitening Toothpaste is available almost in every market in San Diego, also if you want a unique kind, you can always order it on the internet.

There are so many brands that offer you quality and if you use them regularly you can have satisfactory results on your teeth.

The GLO Whitening Device

Patented GLO mouthpiece and GLO Vials are a trend right now, these little devices are available on internet and other places, and are very popular among the teenagers.

It is a small artifact that you put into your mouth to improve the whitening.

Surely you must have seen this artifact already, in videos or perhaps photos. It was driving many people crazy during these months.

Some people who have reviewed the GLO catalog it as one of the best teeth whitening devices.

You just need to charge the device and put it on the provided lip balm to protect them, then apply the whitening gel to your front teeth in the upper and lower with a special brush offer it in your package alongside the artifact.

When you finished, you can put the GLO into your mouth starting it by pushing the right button.

All of this is safe?

Well, we saw at this point many options of teeth whitening at-home but, are they safe?

These tricks sound really easy, maybe they don’t give you a million dollar smile but certainly will provide you some confidence to smile this holiday season.

We know that one of the essential things in our appearance, is our smile, it is the first thing that people see when you are laughing, eating or talking.

Sometimes it’s hard to laugh without unconsciously covering the mouth; I do it sometime.

This can be due to our lack of confidence and a great smile can erase those fears.

So, it is reasonable to us wonder if these tricks right here can help no just to the teeth whitening, but to protect them from sensitivity.

You need to do a research before using any whitening product so you can prevent any kind of issue.

Why I Need a Teeth Whitening?

Well, you need it because your teeth are getting yellow or have stains that look ugly on your teeth. Your teeth can get yellow due to your age maybe, due to the enamel getting thinner and because the natural process of aging demands it.

Also, the intake of coffee and other beverages could stain your teeth through the years.

I have this friend that love Korean food, but unfortunately, the curry is beginning to damage his enamel, not just due to this but in some level, this helps a lot to stain his teeth.

Curry is a spice that works incredibly in Korean or Indian food, but contributes to discolor the teeth leaving a yellow pigmentation on them over the time.

I said to him that probably he needs to reduce this meal on his diet, but his too hard to make him see. He just loves that food.

So I went to my dentist office at Serena and purchased a gift certificate to him so he can get a Teeth Whitening this season and keep eating the food he loves.

How often do I need it?

Well, there’s not a perfect timing to do it but some people agree on doing once a year maybe two. You definitely don’t do it very often or your teeth can get sensitive.

You need to give your teeth a break, don’t push them so hard to be the Hollywood kind of smile, I don’t work that way.

You can always opt for the teeth whitening, but if you don’t take care of your teeth, this will be useless.

I know it is hard to renounce to those Korean or Indian dishes, or your favorite tea or coffee, but you definitely can do it.
